As a self bond is 1.2 million what percentage of this self bond would be slashed for a double sign? 1.2 million is the minimum requirement what if the validator falls below this due to the double sign i assume they must top it. What are the penalties being produced for double signing?
These are questions we will address in the next slashing proposal – this proposal is meant for probation of unresponsive delegates, while the slashing is for malicious delegates. Double produce/sign should never happen and we are considering making the entire 1.2mm minimum stake slash-able (with some balancing factors for delegates). More to come!
