It strikes me that many issues concerning wallets may be related to the two versions, v4 and v5 beta. Can you please clarify their coexistence and make the previously requested comprehensive wallet tutorial videos, making no assumptions as to the end users technical knowledge or the opperating system/device they are connecting with.

The tube.iotex.io address now correctly forwards to ioTube v5. The latest version is the one you should use, but please notive that it is still in Beta, so use at your own risk.
