Just an FYI for those that have waited for the opportunity to finally get the investment you made in this project back from Coinbase. As per their site they are now offering recoveries for incompatible tokens sent. Of course they are charging a fee but apparently this method they have doesn’t expose your private key in any way. You will need the Transaction ID and the contract address of the incompatible token. Hope this helps finally put an end to this debacle that was unfairly molded into a user error rather than an IOTEX and Coinbase error.

Hi, were you successful in getting your coins back. Customer service is still saying they can’t get them back. Only way is to get native IOTX coin supported in Coinbase same old story
