Use private layer 2 to anonymously share a book. Author is privately stored with the timestamp, and it could be disclosed by the author at any time, if he/she wants.
There is an authorship dispute council that avoids author conflicts. It has the capacity to hide a book. Any author that is punnished by this council cannot publish new content for a cumulatively increasing time (each time you breach the author rules)
Each time people push “page advance” on a reader, 1 Vita is tipped to the author. It makes sense?
