I transferred ETH from my Trust Wallet to IoPay but it still not showing up in my IoPay Wallet.
I used the Web3 address from my IoPay wallet.
Is there any other steps I need to take?

I can see that ur transferred 0.01 eth.
U just directly send to iopay wallet address without using bridge. Since u haven’t used bridge the amount you will arrive in eth mainnet. U have to import your iopay private key to metamax. Take time to study before you jump in this kind of cross chain transaction. And Don’t share your private key to anyone… u just need to import your private key to metamax and click to eth network and u can see your funds. Thanks
