I logged out of my iopay wallet for a while when I needed to log back in this year, the app was outdated so I had to update it.
But now, the iotex in my wallet is showing 0. Buy when I check my wallet address on iotexscan, it shows I have my iotex in it.
I also checked trust wallet and that also showed my real balance…
But now, I can’t access my iotex cos my true balance is still not reflecting on my iopay wallet.
What do can do?

Hi Download the latest version of iopay, import the wallet private key and you will see your assets. Please be safe during this process

I also have an old wallet version 1.0.14. My iotx tokens are staked and locked. I have downloaded the most current wallet and connected metamask. How do I access my old wallet and old staking wallet? I have my key from when I first opened my wallet several years ago.
The convenient way is to download the iopay wallet and import the private key of the address.

I’m having the same problem… but I need it explained to me like I’m 8 years old… I have the latest app version I’ve tried changing the hk/us thing it makes no difference… just wanted to unstake and get my funds out…. Seriously how hard can it be!!
