Attention Hermes Users
Hermes is the automatic rewards distribution system for IoTeX Delegates and stakers/voters. Historically, Hermes distributed rewards every 24 hours at 1AM UTC. This has caused some issues with reward distributions, as epochs are sometimes more/less than 1 hour.
To make rewards distributions more stable, starting September 3, 2020 all Hermes distributions will be made every 24 epochs instead of every 24 hours. This will start at epoch #11,954.
