Please how do I recover my iopay wallet. I have been trying to recover my iopay wallet but it is demanding private key which I don’t have. I only used my email address, username and password to open the first one.
Please help me out, I have some staked iotex coins in the wallet.

If u don’t have a private u can’t login your account and sorry to say this that we can’t help you regarding this issue.
Hi I’m having the same issue but I do have my private key.
After I login with my private key my wallet keeps loading and won’t show my found at all, I’m able to see my rewards but not my balance nor access any app or adding found to my stake it just keeps loading.
I’ve just sent another 1000 iotx and still not showing.
I’m starting to freak out as I had over 1000$ worth of iotex in there.

Please put your iopay address here Iotexscan.io to check your address details. And if any funds is missing which mean possible of your id private key compromised.
seems like I solved the problem, my found were on HK network and not on the mainnet.
not sure how it changed as I’m pretty sure I was on mainnet but it’s all good.
