We have had the basic version of IoTeX IDE (http://ide.iotex.io/) up and running, which still lacks many desired features. Today, we open-source-d this it (https://github.com/iotexproject/iotex-studio) and ask the community to co-develop this with us. Together, we can make a great IDE!
