Facing same problem, I’ve tried to login to my IoPay from a laptop. I’ve put my private key and now both accounts (on my phone and laptop) are not showing my balance nor loading the active stake.
I don’t understand I have my private keys I log in but I can’t see my coin, stake or access Starcrazy.

I got a prompt to update my iopay and then I went along with the notification. Now when I open it , the balance isn’t loading. Almost as if it’s glitching because I can still view my stake
