Introducing the IoTeX Account System

We created this online account system, which is accessible from our website (iotex.io), to help minimize scams / fraudulent activities, improve user experience and security, and make it easier for you to manage your IoTeX points.
In this very first release of our account system, you can view your ETH address (note: cannot be changed in this release, but we are working on it!), view your points earned from our community reward programs, and submit points redemption applications. More exciting features are coming in future versions.
Points-To-Token Redemption Application Instructions
- Login to the account system via iotex.io with your Telegram account
- View your ETH address. Currently, we cannot change the ETH address linked to your Telegram account due to security concerns. However, you will be able to make changes in future releases. If you have any questions, please contact IoTeX admins in our Telegram group.
- View your points earned from our community reward programs.
- Click the menu options and then choose “Redeem”
- Enter the amount of points you would like to redeem to tokens (1:1 conversion) and click “Submit”
Then you are all set! We will start processing all applications right after token issuance. To avoid congestion on Ethereum network, we will process the applications gradually and finalize all point-to-token redemptions within two weeks of our token issuance date. Thank you for your patience!
*If you have less than 100 points, you will not be able to submit the redemption application since the gas fee is higher than the token value. Our account system will support points circulation (send & receive points with each other) in future releases. At that time you will be able to exchange points between accounts.

In order to see your IOTX token balance, you must add the IOTX token contract address to your wallet of choice.
