Very happy after I tried the ioTube Testnet feature. Using my wallet 0xF7E121f45541D2817A1E7537c9838F80D0C71dE8.
I would like to submit my complaint as follows:
After doing bridge token from eth kovan (usdt) to iotex network (cusdt). And I waited a while but the token that I bridged has not yet reached the iotex network. And after I checked the transaction history I couldn’t find recent activity from my wallet.
Then I got confused about the definition of crosschain in your project. Why is it available only wrapped tokens on the same network, and it’s better if there is a choice of origin and destination networks, then add other tokens that are not only USDT.
That’s all for the rest I am very happy to have the opportunity to do the testnet and GOOD LUCK TEAM

+/ I’m trying to Use Cross Chain Transactions On the Platform. there were no significant problems, just a little confusion when connecting the wallet, but the transaction went very smoothly, there were no failures, the web response was very fast. I love it . hopefully the future will be even better, thanks you
Thanks for the opportunity that you give to us to try testnet on your website, i will give my objective feedback:
1.) I love the color combination, very user friendly, minimalist, it’s simple and easy to use for new user
2.) I didn’t find any problems with the crosschain tokens in very smooth and fast transactions, but when I bridged from $USDT kovan to $cUSDT IoTeX, the transaction was successful but my $cUSDT balance was still 0, I did this twice during the night and morning, both transactions were successful but my $cUSDT still didn’t increase
3.) transaction history feature doesn’t work at all! I have done several tokens crosschain, but no transaction history
4.) website could use a little adjustments for mobile phone users, because the website less than optimal if using a smartphone, I suggest that the web can be used smoothly too even through a smartphone.
Please fix it so that all users are comfortable when accessing your platform.Keep it up your good work team, Anyway thanks again for the opportunity for us

same problem with my friend above…when bridged from usdt eth to cusdt iotex appears “tokenContract.approve error The execution failed due to an exception” give me the maximum solution
I’ve tried to follow the steps at first it went smoothly and there were no problems, but when I tried it the second time when the wrap process didn’t run normally.Then I tried it with another account address still the same. Maybe the address has been approved but this is what must be changed when the address has been approved, the button should be changed, don’t be like this. The team must immediately fix it.

Testnet Feedback
Overall everything is good, the UI is also very comfortable to look at. There is only one drawback that must be corrected, namely in the transaction history, when making a transaction the transaction history does not exist. Thank’s sir.

I tried Crosschain Token for kovan network ( USDT to cUSDT ) it worked fast and smooth.
and tube on kovac network to IOTEX also works perfectly.

Dear Iotex team, thank you for the opportunity you gave us to try out the beta testnet on your website, I will give my objective feedback:
the choice of wallet to connect to the web in my opinion is not good, it should be done separately - the design and UI concept is a good idea and I like the way the team provides some features here (also native token issue feature, really like it)
Add other coin features like DAI,WETH,AAVE etc
no ads on website really appreciate it more feedback from me on google forms keep laughing thanks again for the opportunity for us

here is not any transaction history
the team can fix IU’s appearance, because it’s too stiff
