Forgot my personal key, IOTX wallet, what should I do?

If you still have access to your wallet address the
go to your ioPay wallet and get the private key.
In iopay mobile » top right wallet icon » Private Key » copy

Now I can’t access my IOTX wallet.
But my sister IOTX wallet has participated in CMC events and received 200 tokens from CMC events.
Can you guys help me with anything about this wallet?
