smh. You don’t bridge directly to an exchange address. That’s a rookie move.
Your IoTeX-side transaction is fine, but you sent the funds into the BSC void because Binance probably doesn’t credit deposits from that bridge contract.
Always bridge to a personal wallet (like MetaMask) first, then transfer from that wallet to the exchange.
Your only shot now is to contact Binance support with the transaction details. Good luck, you’ll need it.
Think of it this way: You sent a package to the right address, but you used a weird, third-party courier that the building’s mailroom (Binance) doesn’t have a contract with. The package is technically in the building, but the mailroom won’t deliver it to your apartment because they don’t recognize the sender.
Like I said before, your only shot is contacting Binance support. They’re the only ones who can go find that package for you. And for the love of goats, stop bridging directly to exchanges.
When you use a bridge to send it to another blockchain, like BSC, you aren’t sending the actual token. The bridge locks your IOTX and mints a representative token—a kind of receipt—on the other side. That receipt is called CIOTX (Crosschain IOTX).
It has a 1:1 value, but it’s not the native asset Binance wants in its main wallet.
Which, again, is why you need to contact their support. This is the last time I’m saying it.
