Missing IoTex Coins

Hi IoTex Support
I’ve just opened up my IoPay account and tried to send some coins from my Safepal wallet via Smart Chain to test if it working. I’ve used the Web3 address from my IoPay wallet as recipient but the coins are not showing in my wallet. Can you confirm I did the correct procedure and if the Web3 address provided on my Iopay wallet is actually a Smart Chain address?

No, the web3 wallet address in ioPay mobile and Desktop are not Smart Chain addresses. If you want to recover your tokens, you will need to import your ioPay private key into Metamask and access them that way. The ioPay wallet only looks at the native IoTeX chain, not Ethereum or BSC or any other blockchain.
