Need Help - Trust Wallet IOTX to my ioPay ETH Address

I Transferred some IOTX from my Trust Wallet to my ioPay wallet ETH address. The transaction shows that it is successful but nothing is showing on my ioPay wallet.

found a way to get it back, it was still sitting on BSC. Transfer to coinbase pro - #10 by zimne

chadvic53, could you step by step the process. Seems the postings do not precisely show how to recover. I’ve got Metamask wallet now so I can try and follow exact instructions to recover from ioPay ETH address.

First of all, no worries: as long as you don’t delete the address from ioPay, your tokens are not lost. Please read more to learn how things work. What happened When you do any blockchain transfer, you don’t transfer tokens into a wallet app (into ioPay, or into Metamask, or into Trust, or whatever): the crypto-tokens always live on a blockchain, a “transfer” simply transfers the ownership to a different address, not the tokens.
