有两件事求助：

1、我一个多小时前，在小狐狸里加了IOTX网络，然后将TP钱包里的IOTX转到这个钱包里。可是一个多小时过去了，小狐狸的钱包里还是没收到这IOTX币。这是怎么回事，该怎么解决？

2、这是今天我做的最愚蠢的一件事：因为上边那个操作，没收到钱，我接下来就按照IoTeX网站介绍的，在台式电脑下载了ioPAY，创建了钱包。因为一个来电，没顾得上下载Keyshore文件，也没导出私钥。电话完事后，从币安转了些IOTX到这个钱包；然后稀里糊涂地就把这个app给关闭了。结果再想进入钱包时，除了密码还要求输入Keystore file，这才记起来没下载Keystore文件。这样一来，钱包无法进入。请问一下，这个有啥解决办法吗？能否联系IoTeX那边给解决这事？

When I wanted to enter the wallet, in addition to the password, I also asked to enter the Keystore file. …I remembered that the Keystore file was not downloaded. As a result, I could access the wallet. Is there any solution for this? Shall I contact someone to solve this problem?

1、请问是TP钱包哪条链的IOTX转到mask呢？如果是iotex链可以收到币。如不是iotex链，那么就把所转地址的私钥导入tp同链会看到你的币。
2、桌面iopay，没有keystore、私钥、助记词是无法打开钱包的。iotex团队也无能为力

谢谢回复。

1、TP钱包（BSC链）转到MASK的IOTX收到了。收款地址是mask的BSC链。这可能是mask的IOTX网络收款地址和BSC网络收款地址是相同的原因，尽管网络是不同。

2、我那个钱包就算是彻底沉睡了。只好为自己的行为买单了。好在，没转进去多少钱IOTX，只要不涨到大饼或是以太的价格，就不心疼。

3、现在还有个问题请教：上边那个IOTX钱包进不去后，我昨天下午又创建了一个新的钱包，然后从mask的BSC转了点IOTX去这个新钱包，因为mask的BSC网络不认Native钱包地址（即io打头的钱包地址），我改用了WEB3的收款地址（即0x开头的），mask显示钱已汇出，但是直到今天，IOTX钱包里还是没见这笔钱。这是怎么回事？

币圈小白一个，在这儿慢慢摸索、青椒，有时还得为自己的失误买单。多谢帮助、解答。

3、bsc链转币还是在bsc链，如果要转到iotex需要跨链使用iotube。

把转向地址（0x开头）的私钥导入bsc链，就能看到你的币了。

:grinning:注意：TP、metamask是多链钱包，直接转币要确保双方是相同的链。异链转移资产需要用跨链工具。
