New pebble tracker damaged screen!

Hi Support,
I have just received my new pebble tracker, opened the box, the pebble tracker was inside the sealed anti static bag, opened bag, pebble box brand new and sealed, removed the two sticky seals on the box, lifted the box lid to reveal the pebble.
On close inspection of the pebble device, there are many small scratches on the front screen and some are deeper than others.
The casing is brand new and no visual signs of damage.
Inside the Box is brand new antenna, charger and instruction setup sheet.
So it looks like when the manufacturing company (mouser) assembled the unit, a used scratched screen was mixed up with new screens.
Apart from the screen all delivered ok.

So my question is, how do I get my new pebble tracker replaced with a non damaged pebble tracker?
