iopay this is a watch address… you can not sign actions for this wallet because you did not provide the private key when you imported it

I’m relatively new to this and somehow I created my wallet wrong and I keep getting this error when I try to make a transaction. I already moved 2000 shares over to Iopay and it shows as a balance but I cant transact with it

please provide some more details for me to understand what you are trying to do and what went wrong.

Can you provide wallet addresses?

If you are withdrawing from an exchange,

  • what is the exchange?
  • what token exactly are you trying to withdraw (IOTX-ERC20, IOTX-BEP20, IOTX Native)

If you already did one or more transactions

  • please provide the transaction links.
