Fail to add a device. binding is reverted due to the reason: invalid imei? Can’t register or update firmware.

I have same problem. Just got device put in ticket with crowd source. No response back.

Beware. Just got response from someone sending link to fake support. No other respones. Thinking Iotex is a scam operation.
