Problem- binance-peg iotx lost?

Hi. I sent some iotx binance-peg from my trust Wallet to this Address:

0x509b97c61fabdb6f1521b971efae78ef9d670bb7

Edit: the above Address ist my iopay Wallet

It never arrived. What can I do?

Thanks for writing in.

You will need to import that wallet’s private key into Metamask and send them back to your trust wallet using the BSC chain. The web3 address in the ioPay wallet does not support any other chain other than IoTeX native chain

Hello I sent BNB from my iopay wallet to my decent wallet. It didn’t show up, in just wondering what I may have done wrong?
