I tried to send the IoTex that were on my metamask´s binance smart chain to ioPay, using the converted address given to me from IoTube (converted from io1…to 0xA…). I´m still waiting the coins on IoPay. Did i burn my coins?

Since you use ox address to withdraw from binance exchange (binance exchange could recognize your address as a bsc chain so your coin might arrived in bsc chain. Use your iopay private key to import your account in metamax and kindly don’t share private key to anyone. Including iotex team and even It’s founders
