Transaction iotx with web3 bep20

Hello sir,
Can anyone help me? Previously I did an iotx transfer using the bep20 network. from indodax platform to iopay wallet. through the results of the bscscan, the transaction was successful, but the funds did not come in.

until now my iotx has not get in to my wallet

You did a mistake! You were supposed to send it via the IoTeX chain. If you sent it via Binance Smart Chain, your funds are lost!
