I withdrawal BNB coin from my iopay to Binance wallet , but it didn’t arrive. What’s the matter?

Thanks for writing in,
Unfortunately, we really can not do anything about it.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reverted.
It was clearly stated on the Binance page to only send IOTX to that address, and only the owner of that address (binance) can now move those tokens.
