Ucam connection

I did attempt to do all 3 types of connecting Ucam and all were unsuccessful. The Ucam says that it is connected, however, it never connects to my device. I am utilizing a Iphone12 updated with iOS15.
Please instruct me on how to resolve the issue. Thank you in advance!
I received a email which was not helpful at all. I could not even reply to the email? Do you have a tech support which I call actually and get help from?

I am experiencing the same issue.
IOTEX has not replied to multiple emails.
IOTEX, please reply to us both and resolve this- you don’t need us to have to tell others your Ucam doesn’t work.
IOTEX need to have better support and more customers service people if issues go unresolved.
That’s all part of supporting successful products/projects.
