I’m unable to update my firmware making my device unusable; I’ve tried using the offline and online processes in order to update to the newest version. When using the offline version, despite the pebble being connected when its supposed to be (20 second period before restart) its not detected by "Pebble USB Tools V2.0. When using the online version I’m stuck at the pebble displaying “Start OTA firmware update” however after starting the update process and completing the transaction nothing on the pebble display nor website changes. Please Help
