Can not transfer IoTeX to another wallet

Hi, I try to transfer my IoTex from my Trust Wallet to another wallet on Kucoin platform, but could not, there was error:

“Transaction error
fail to execute gRPC call:rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc=chainIP does not match, expecting 1, got 0 - Code: 500”

Could you please help me solve this problem?

  1. I’d import that wallet into iopay mobile using its seed phrase method or if that doesn’t solve it (by not showing the correct wallet containing the IOTX), I would :arrow_down:

  2. Use this method to get the private key (this is a more “accurate” method from my experience)

or if this is too complicated, and while we wait for IoTeX devs to figure out if this is on our side, I’d contact the Trust Wallet support team too
