Lost coins on IoTube v5 cross-chain bridge

I withdrew IOTEX from coinbase to metamask wallet. When I used ioTube cross chain bridge to covert ERC20- IOTX to native IOTX on iotube, I selected Ethereum as the source block chain and IoTeX as the “destination” block chain. I selected "IoTex network (IOTEX-e) at the drop-down menu and selected max coins to covert. After do so, all the IOTEX coins in the metamask mask were lost. Please help.

Hi Steve ,

Please take a look at this forum post to learn what happened,

how to get back access to your tokens and send them to ioPay:

Let me know if this clarifies your issue.

Before I lost the coins, I was able to connect MetaMask to the IoTex Network (IOTX). I did this by going to Metamask, go to settings, go to network, add network details, connect you MetaMask to IoTex network. I entered the new RPC URL: https://babel-api.mainnet.iotex.io/ for network details. After this, I opened ioTube v5 cross-chain bridge from iotube.org and connected to the MetaMask. I selected Ethereum as the source block chain and IoTex as the destination block chain. I lost all the coins in MetaMask when tried to convert to native IOTX in ioTube. I did not receive any wrapped IOTX.

I tried importing account in MetaMask without sucess. When I added a custom token to Metamask using the IOTX token contract address on Ethereum:

0x6fb3e0a217407efff7ca062d46c26e5d60a14d69. It shows “Tokens has already been added”.

What does this mean?

It seems that the IOTEX was sent to tokensafe’s contract address: 0xc2e0f31d739cb3153ba5760a203b3bd7c27f0d7a. My transaction hash is 0xd374518633b7a3cf9eca171f3a88e0e9d56bb106b84a1e7d17e6d3043620eb62. Please help me recover the IOTEX.

The following link shows the proof of transaction:

You have your WIOTX (wrapped IOTX) in your wallet. IoTeXScan Transaction Hash | IoTeXScan. You will need to unwrap them, convert them from WIOTX - IOTX using Mimo Exchange mimo V2. Connect your metamask wallet you used to Mimo and convert them and you will be all set.

Thank you for your help. I was able to convert the coins back to IOTX.
