I did the same but I went from crypto.com to defi wallet I see the transaction I have tried using seed phrase to open wallet it says it can’t open tried many different wallets
I did the same, only with Bittrex… Made sure to switch the tab from io to ox, to make sure I was on the ethereum network. Transaction marked as successful, yet never arrived… 18,000 coins gone…
Oh wow yeah mine I pennies considering what you lost. What I don’t get though is I sent it from crypto.com to cryptos defi so how did my address change from what I see in the hash to whT is pulling when I open my wallet in trust wallet
I did this many months ago. Emailing IOTX support will only get you a blanket response saying to reach out to the Coinbase/other Crypto Exchange. Then reaching out to those exchanges get you literally no where. We are all screwed and tens of thousands of dollars are lost.
I spoke with crypto they are the ones that told me to use metamask or trust wallet but then that’s when I noticed the difference in addresses
