Please try following this guide [Instructions] Depositing & Withdrawing IOTX with Coinbase - but in your case you adjust withdrew from Coinbase, so just substitute Coinbase for “Ledger”. You will need to have your tokens available in Metamask, then use iotube.org as in the guide (the link has changed).
