[Seeking-Feedback]Blockchain Computer Connectivity

Proposal details

Seeking a Halo Grant to Develop the first complete blockchain enabled computer, developing on the Iotex Blockchain. 100% secure and private computing with data saved directly to smart contracts using your iotex private key for access (to be confirmed), taking control of your data and being paid for access. This is monetising your data, where you benefit and take control.

At the moment when you use a search engine or surf social media, data is gathered on your searches, clicks and likes, we intend to disrupt the data gathered by egregious actors who hoard your data until they are hacked and your whole life is turned upside down.

We plan to develop a system where you are directly responsible for the release of your data to marketers, agencies or other parties requiring your data. Agencies and the like will need to purchase your data using our XRC-20 (Coin Name TBC) Coin, and gas fees paid in Iotex native.

Project Name

Web 3.0 Computer/Mobile Security and Monetizing Data

Project Type

Blockchain Computer development, Dapp development on the Iotex network, for personal and organizational use. Develop own operating system for blockchain computational data security.

Proposal Description

[ Describe your project in detail: make it clear the final deliverable of your proposal and how it will benefit the IoTeX ecosystem. Tell us about your existing community, or how you plan to acquire users; if you already deployed your project, on what network; if you already have a website, if you need specific resources from the IoTeX foundation, which ones.

This is a new startup project targeting an emerging market of data monetisaton, before we can monetise data we need to capture and store the data at the highest point of security. The project is intended to be built on the IoTeX Blockchain.

The first step of the project is to develop a prototype computer connecting directly to the blockchain via webstream, and testing security of data and retrieval of data up on request. Computers will be built with node programming incorporated, so that every computer sold will be a node (can be disengaged), purchasers of computers will be doxxed at point of purchase. Every purchaser of a computer will be a node operator, allowing for newbies to crypto to participate as a node operator.

We have not started building a community, we will once the halo grant is approved and the prototype is proven. I believe if we are successful in the first step of the project, we will not have any issues attracting people to the project and we will run an ICO with 100 White Lists given to the IoTeX community. We will open a Telegram, Twitter group upon approval of the Halo Grant as I believe they are the best for getting project updates out to the larger audience.

At the beginning we will not be able to become a delegate, as the project holds an ICO we will become a delegate and provide funds to airdrip to reward IoTeX community for their support. A simple website will be developed prior to the ICO, and expended after the ICO.

We aim to keep costs to a minimum during the prototype phase and will require assistance from the IoTeX development team to ensure required programming and data to smart contract development is carried out efficiently and effectively, if the project moves to full development we will seek out partnerships with other projects within the IoTeX ecosystem where there are synergies between projects.

For the development of the prototype we seek a grant of $10,000 with IoTeX developer assistance, $25,000 for employing two people for 3 months to develop the prototype and proven connection to webstream and smart contract development, data send and recall.

The project will be run through an existing business named WITUBEH Pty Ltd (WITUBEH), an Australian First Nations Business. The two directors of WITUBEH are in accordance with Australian Security and Investment Commission requirements.

Milestones

[ Split your project into milestones: each one must have its own verifiable deliverables]
