Transfer from Metamask to io Pay

I sent 20 IOTX from Metamask wallet on binance network, used WEB3 version per probe. I can’t see the tokens, how to get them back?

Thanks for reaching out.

If you sent tokens from Metamask, while Metamask was connected to BSC, then you sent tokens on the Binance smart chain, and they end up in the recipient address that you set. Now, these tokens are on BSC, so ioPay will never show them (ioPay is on IoTeX), but if you generated the recipient address in ioPay that means you own the private key: just import that wallet in Metamask, connect Metamask to BSC and you will find your tokens.

Once you have your tokens back, if you still want to send them to ioPay you must perform a “cross-blockchain” transfer from BSC to IoTeX: please use the https://iotube.org bridge for this.
